A reading culture is a winning culture.  What you know is good but what you know and do not write down will not bring you any profit because you may forget.

Bible says, “And the Lord answered and said, write the vision and make it plain upon tables that he may run that readeth it, for the vision is yet for an appointed time but at the end it shall speak and not lie, though it tarry, wait for it because it will surely come, it will not tarry.” (Habakkuk. 2:2-3)

Every City has its history, how it emerged. Every success has its history, how it began. This is what this Manual is all about, the history and necessary stories of our commission, “DOMINION GATE MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL INC.”

God gives specific instructions and watches our commitment and compliance and decides specific performance. He is a specific God, who gives specific answers to specific requests based on specific promises. Every life mission usually begins with life visions.

Dominion Gate Ministries Inc. is a core product of divine vision, a clear defined vision. I was becoming worried why some people on this network are crawling while others are flying and God said to me, thus *Make the vision plain. *Make everyone understand the basis of this commission. *Make them immersed and addicted to it so that they can run with it.

Design a concept that can make it work.  Reveal it, pursue it and fulfill it.

This is the basis for this Church manual now presented in print as a study manual. The content will bless your soul and bring God into your situation in Jesus’ Name.

Ensure you answer the entire review questions on it and personally attempt to apply them into your life situation.

ENCOUNTERS OF APOSTLE UTULU

This Commission was founded on the Apostolic Doctrine and the Prophetic (Ephesians 2: 19-21) by the Almighty God on Sunday, 3^rd September in the year, 2000 with a mandate to reach the world with words of Wisdom and Dominion.

It is charged to raise men to God through the preaching of the words of dominion, creativity and wisdom as received by God’s servant, Apostle Patrick Utulu.

This Commission is therefore, rooted on God’s word and wholly committed to the preaching of same with the hope to establish the dominion of the saints on earth and qualifying them for Eternity.

1. THE TESTIMONY OF THE GENERAL OVERSEER

“Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live” (John 11:25)

In 1993, at Oshogbo, Osun State, Nigeria, God in a midnight vision spoke to his servant, Apostle Patrick Utulu: “My son, I have this night resurrected you from death and empowered you to rescue and resurrect my people from their yoke and captivity, to raise men from death to life and from nothing to glory”.

On the 4^th of November 1998, a voice reached out to me from heaven saying: “Patrick, I am taking you to the next level of your ministerial assignment. Now I am sending you with a mandate to raise men for me through the messages of Resurrection. (John 11:25).

The ministry shall be called – (Dominion – Genesis 1:28) (Gate – Genesis 28:17) (Ministries – Ephesians 4:11-12) DOMINION GATE MINISTRIES and it should take off from Abule-Ado, Satellite Town in Lagos, Nigeria”

• INTERPRETATION OF THE NAME – DOMINION GATE MINISTRIES

The mandate is: “To raise men and women to the Lord through the message of resurrection” (John 11:25)

APPLICATION:-

Dominion Gate Ministries Int’l inc. is a covenant ground where every soul, walking with God in faith and holiness will find answers and solutions to all issues of life.

Hold God on His Covenant promises of this prophetic.

• A VISION OF JERUSALEM AND ANGELIC ENCOUNTER

Interpreting the scope and challenges of this assignment through these visions; “An angel appeared to me one night, holding a measuring rod and said, “I Have brought you to a land called God’s Own Land like Jerusalem, in Israel. He touched the ground with the rod, water came out. He packed sand, mixed it with water and it became cement. We looked on the four corners of the land and saw very fruitful vines growing and spreading on the rocks and ripe for harvest”. He finally took me to a milling site where we saw women carrying children on their backs and packaging flours in poly bags. Beautiful Estates were on the two corners of the Land”.

I asked, “I did not see any road that links this land but I saw everything that make up for life on it, how?”

He then said to me:

• This Land represents Dominion Gate Ministries
  • The Angel represents Holy Spirit
  • The  Measuring Rod represents the word of God
  • The Fruitful Vine represents the Glory of God in the Ministry
  • The Estate represents the Prosperity that will come forth as the Word of God is preached and applied.

• THE REVELATION ABOUT THE LAND CALLED “CANAAN LAND”

Months after the Church started at Abule-Ado, Satellite Town – Lagos, God piloted me to a land called Canaan Land. There I saw dilapidated trucks and aircrafts packed on the packing field. It had caused economic hazard and hardship on the people. A man asked me to address the audience on the situation. I took the microphone and declared to them, thus “Do not be afraid because these things are on Canaan Land, they shall all be revived and activated. I then handed over the microphone to the moderator, he then called in the pilots and drivers and they all started working. He blessed me and said, “Son, go, from today everything shall work for you in life and in ministry” and true to it, it has been so.

APPLICATION:

• This implies that there will not be any hard ground for any soul walking in faith in this Global Commission.
• The Word and the Rod representing the Word and the Holy Spirit must be utilized to break hard grounds and overcome hard situations

In view of the foregoing and being confident in this, at Dominion Gate Ministry international Inc., by the grace of God, we have made it our priority:

5.1. To reach the world with words of wisdom and dominion.

5.2. To believe God for spiritual development, fruitfulness and prosperity with eternity in view.

5.3. To be able to impact on every life through;

1. Manifestation of the power of the Holy Spirit
2. Leadership discovery and development
3. Dynamism in the teaching and preaching of the word of God, evangelism and prayer with emphasis on deliverance, sanctification, healing and miracles.
4. A life of righteousness, good health and all round prosperity on earth.
5. A life of total obedience to the word of God, integrity and love.
